Installation steps for wpc decking:
1. Firstly, ensure that the deck is in a dry, flat, and clean condition in order to securely fasten the deck during installation.
2. Prepare installation tools such as an electric drill, stainless steel screws, and a pair of gloves to protect your hands. It should be noted that when fixing the deck and support beams, drilling guide holes should be used to prevent damage to the deck when tightening screws.
3. Secure the cover plate and place it evenly on the ground, keeping the spacing between each cover plate at 300mm. Drill guide holes and screw in screws.
4. Use an electric drill to drill holes on the bridge deck, tighten the nails, and ensure that they are securely fixed.
5. Fix the second convex groove on the groove of the cover plate and fix it on the side of the convex groove of the cover plate. Make guide holes and fix them, maintaining screw spacing.
